“Maktab Mobile” Digital Educational Platform for Secondary Schools

The Maktab Mobile Pilot Project was conducted in October 2025 in the Khatlon and Sughd regions

of Tajikistan.

The initiative involved 20 secondary schools (10 schools and 50 teachers in each region), with

participation of 100 teachers, as part of national efforts to enhance access to quality education

through digital technologies.

The pilot aimed to assess the usability, accessibility, and pedagogical impact of the Maktab Mobile

platform - a mobile-based, web and desktop educational application that allows teachers and

students to access digital learning materials both online and offline.
