STRATEGY ACCESSING QUALITY
The National Strategy for Assessing the Quality of Education in the Republic of Tajikistan for the Period Until 2044** (hereinafter – the Strategy) has been developed on the basis of the National Concept for Assessing the Quality of Education in the Republic of Tajikistan for the Period Until 2044, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 29, 2024, No. 240.

Universal Access:
Expand enrollment at all levels (early childhood, primary, secondary, and adult education).

Improve teaching through professional development, mentoring, and modern pedagogical approaches.
Strengthen assessment systems to measure skills, knowledge, and competencies accurately.
Inclusive Infrastructure:
Build safe, accessible, and adequately equipped schools.
Provide learning materials that meet diverse learners’ needs.
Teacher Capacity:
Recruit and retain qualified teachers.
Continuous training and support to maintain high instructional standards.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Use clear indicators to track access and learning outcomes.
Ensure accountability at local and national levels.
Expected Outcomes:
Increased enrollment and reduced dropout rates.
Higher literacy, numeracy, and skill levels among learners.
