This collection of articles contains the proceedings of the II Regional Scientific-Practical Conference titled "Regional Aspects of Sustainable Development of Vocational Education: Challenges and Perspectives," held on October 24–25, 2023, in Tashkent. Digitalization: The use of Artificial Intelligence, electronic educational resources (such as Wizer and EduPage services), and methodologies for distance and blended learning.

Capacity Building for Staff: Developing digital competencies for teachers, implementing student-centered and project-based learning, and mentoring.

Financing: Analysis of public-private partnership models and per-capita funding for educational institutions.
