The Teacher Learning management system is digital platform to support continuous professional development (CPD) of teachers across Tajikistan. This platform will facilitate blended learning, enable resource sharing between teachers, and support ongoing assessment and certification of professional development activities.

ICT COMPETENCY STANDARDS OF TEACHERS OF TAJIKISTAN (ICT-CST)

ICT-CST is a comprehensive set of competencies teachers need to integrate ICT into their professional practice in order to facilitate students’ achievement of curricular objectives. The required ICT competencies for teachers are clearly aligned with policy vision, goals, and ICT in Education Master Plans in Tajikistan. ICT CST promoted competency -based ICT-enabled pre-service and in-service teacher training programmes where teachers’ development is systematically guided, monitored, assessed, and tracked at policy and institutional levels.
